Coming October Events in Downtown Rochester:
Trick or Treats for the kids! Saturday, October 22nd. The streets of Rochester will come to life with little ghouls and goblins. Children will enjoy trick-or-treating at downtown merchants from 4:00-5:00 pm and will then meet at 5:15 pm at the corner of Water Street and E. University for a costume parade. The Fire Department will host a Spaghetti Dinner benefiting RAYA from 4-8 pm.
