The date for the 2nd Annual Empty Bowl Fundraiser at Firebrick Gallery and Pottery Studio is set for November 17, 2011. The proceeds of this event will go to God’s Helping Hands of Michigan, Inc.
Last year, we sold 192 tickets and raised over $2400. This year, it is our goal to sell 215 tickets and raise $4,000.
I will be asking for ceramic bowl donations beginning in May.

Last year’s event was great considering it was the first ever held by Firebrick Gallery and Pottery Studio. We learned a few things and as a result, we’re making few adjustments and additions to make it better.

Interested Patrons:
Tickets for this event will be priced at:
- $10 for individuals
- $20 for family
The tickets will also be sold with time windows:
- 5 to 6 pm
- 6 to 7 pm
- 7 to 8 pm
- 8 to 9 pm
There will be no silent auction, however we are considering several contest ideas and more details will come. You will be able to purchase tickets at Firebrick Gallery and Pottery Studio and at God’s Helping Hands of Michigan. They will be available for sale on October 28th, 2011.
In additon to seeking ceramic bowl artist donations, we are seeking participation from students and troops in making and donating bowls for this event as well. Firebrick Gallery and Pottery Studio is putting together special workshops in the summer and fall tailored just to do that. Stay posted!
We are also looking for food donors. We need:

We have the tickets! They are now available at Firebrick Gallery and Pottery Studio and at God’s Helping Hands of Michigan.
We need beverage donor! Water and coffee!
